Content rules
Last updated 22 September 2026. What members can and cannot post, and how reports work.
The short version
Post what you made or have the right to share. Be decent to people. Do not use the site to hurt anyone or to trick anyone.
Welcome
- Your own stories, art, music, guides and projects
- Work made with AI tools — say so when you post it
- Fan work that transforms its source, credited to the original
- Links to your own channels and shops
Not allowed
- Anything sexual involving minors. Zero tolerance: removed and reported to the authorities.
- Sexually explicit content of any kind
- Other people's work posted without permission (reposted chapters, scans, rips, stolen art)
- Harassment, threats, hate against people for who they are, or encouraging self-harm
- Other people's private information (addresses, phone numbers, IDs)
- Pretending to be someone else, including Son Sunny or site staff
- Spam, scams, malware, phishing, or links that hide where they go
- Anything illegal where you or we are
Recordings you put on a song page
When you sing along to one of our songs and choose Put my take on this page, the recording becomes public on that song's page straight away, under the name you typed. You are responsible for what you upload. Upload only your own singing over our song. Do not upload other people's recordings, anything from the list above, or anything you would not want public. You need to be signed in to record or to upload, and you can ask us to remove your take at any time by email.
The song stays ours. Recording a take gives you no ownership of the song, its words or its music. Your take is a cover: you may download it and share it anywhere, with the song's name and Song by Sơn Sunny kept on it. You may not present the song as your own work, register it as yours, or sell it.
Every take has a Report this take link. A take that is reported by two people is hidden until we have looked at it, and we delete takes that break these rules.
How reports work
Every member page has a Report link, or email lien-he@son-sunny.com with the page address and what is wrong. We review reports and may hide content while we look. We act faster on anything that could hurt someone.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something here copies your work, email us with: the work you own, the address of the page that copies it, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or allowed to act for them. We remove content that is properly reported and tell the member, who may respond.
What happens when rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is: the content is removed, the account gets a warning, or the account is closed. Serious cases can go straight to closing.
